What's new in Version 10?

ESET Smart Security is Now ESET Internet Security - If you are a user of ESET Smart Security, there’s no need to panic, ESET provides a free upgrade to any new version. If you are using old ESET product you can upgrade, free of charge to the new version of ESET Internet Security 10 as long as your software license key is valid.

Script-Based Attack Protection - Prevents exploitation of a potential system vulnerability that allows attacks using scripts.

Home Network Protection (Exclusive in ESET Internet Security 10) - Blocks Wi-Fi network threats by shielding your home router, and showing you who’s connected to it.

Webcam Protection (Exclusive in ESET Internet Security 10) - Alerts you to processes and applications that try to access your webcam, and lets you block them.

Known Issues:
• Upgrade from previous versions is not supported - clean installation is required
• Reset settings to default doesn’t work

• Windows 10: only build 10074 is supported
• Windows 10: firewall is blocking network connections / firewall driver fails after reinstall of the application / OS upgrade
• Installation of the beta product over different type of ESET product is not supported
• Firewall troubleshooting wizard counter always shows zero
• Help texts are outdated
• Banking & Payment protection frame is not always correctly displayed
• Importing certificates for SSL scanning to Firefox fails in some cases
• Only the latest versions of browsers are supported for SSL scanning
